This body of work is focused on exploring ideas related to non-objective imagery. The artist’s intent is to build contemplative images using the dimensions of colour, form, line, balance and shallow space. Exploring art mediums, tools and ideas in new ways is the primary inspiration for this work. The themes are works in progress which explore Dawn’s reflective response to the visual elements found in urban and natural environments.
